Failure to advise Soccer NB within twenty-four hours of the scheduled kickoff time for game cancellations will result in home club to pay the applicable game official fees.
In the event that Soccer NB office is closed 24 hours prior to the scheduled game, it is the responsibility of the forfeiting team to advise, not only Soccer NB, but the opposing team and the Referee Coordinator of the cancelled game.
